KNEU 1250Wednesday was a very special night at the Outlaw Trail production of ‘Hello, Dolly!’. Not only was lead Joel Benedicto back on his feet and delivering an energetic performance just days after an emergency surgery, it was also a night heralded as Legacy Night.
TriCounty Health Department continues to encourage community members to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and are finding ways to share local data for the community’s consideration. On Wednesday, TriCounty Health distributed a chart representing COVID-19 numbers in relation to the TriCounty area.
Crews continue work on the Oil Springs Fire south of Rangely in Rio Blanco County. As of the June 30th report, County Roads 113, 116 and BLM road 1045 are still closed and all are asked to use caution when driving along Highway 139.
The Freestone Walking Park is a breathtaking sight as the Patriotic Field of Flags is now on display. Rifle Police Department is asking the public for information that could help them in a homicide investigation. Rifle PD shared this week that on Saturday, May 22nd at about 11:00 pm, Rifle police officers responded to the area of East Avenue and East 1st Street for a reported assault.
