The annual Uintah Basin Medical Center Golf Classic raised money for a great cause earlier this month. The press release shared that the tournament is a fundraiser for Brody’s Fund, named after Brendon and Tiffany Crozier’s angel baby, Brody. The charity, established in 2013, covers medical and burial costs for local families who experience infant loss. Well over 40 families have received assistance from the fund. By providing financial relief through Brody’s Fund, the hope is that families are able to grieve without added financial stress. “The past couple of years have been challenging for us all,” shared Maigen Zobell, Director of Marketing/PR for Uintah Basin Healthcare. “If we’ve all learned one thing throughout the pandemic, it’s that there is no place like the Uintah Basin when it comes to helping others. Due to the generosity of many volunteers, approximately 250 golfers and our loyal sponsors, the outcome of this year’s tournament was better than ever as we were able to present a $30,000 check to Brody’s Fund. We are humbled and honored to serve this great community.” Learn more at www.ubh.org/brodys-fund.
