Funds are coming together for the Vernal downtown revitalization efforts. Vernal City Manager Quinn Bennion shared on Thursday that Vernal City officials received word this week that the downtown projects will receive a boost from the federal Community Project Funding.

Dinosaur Roundup Rodeo Gearing Up For Another Big Event
The Dinosaur Roundup Rodeo continues to grow and plans for the 2022 event are coming together. Rodeo Committee Vice President Carsen Young approached the Uintah County Commission this month for a sponsorship and gave a report on the 2021 event as well as the upcoming July rodeo. 695 contestants competed in the 2021 rodeo with 11,762 people in attendance over 3 nights.
