Are you interested in helping to keep the Main Street of Roosevelt City beautified with flowers? Roosevelt City is now accepting Requests for Proposals (RFP) for just that! There are approximately 195 planters that are along Main street and the surrounding area. The service includes cleaning and preparing all planters/pots starting May 1st so that flowers are planted and placed by May 30th. Pots are removed on October 25th.The service must order soil and fertilizer as needed, water flowers daily between 12am and 5am, fertilize as needed, and remove then replace unhealthy plants as needed. Equipment and supplies, including the plants, are provided at the City’s expense. RFP submissions need to be sent by April 11th. Visit the Roosevelt City Facebook page to learn more.
