KNEU 1250Hidden Treasures! Vacation Pleasures! Duchesne County’s new motto is backed up with resources on the county’s new promotional website www.visitduchesnecounty.com. The website launched just this week and includes a bounty of information on where to stay, play, eat and relax in Duchesne County.
Things will be heating up Friday and Saturday at the Western Park complex as firefighters from across the Basin receive hands on training from the Utah Fire and Rescue Academy.
Local participation in collecting Slams from the Division of Wildlife Resources has been good and a new Slam medallion is expected to be just as popular. Slams are collectible coins and items that hunters can earn for success on their hunts.
