Man Enters Guilty Plea to Murder in Moffat County

A man plead guilty and was sentenced for murder in Moffat County Court Thursday, June 23rd. The case began in November 2020 when around 5:30pm on November 30th the Moffat County Sheriff’s office was notified that a man’s body had been found in a remote area of northwest Moffat County.

New Moonshine Arch Access Now Open

The new access to the Moonshine Arch Trail is now open. According to the UDOT announcement, the new access has been moved further north to a straight section of Highway 191. This, along with the new turn lane, has increased safety for motorists.
