The Uintah Ute softball team, hosted the Grantsville Cowboys last Friday. The Utes took the lead with a five run third inning and held a five run lead going into the seventh inning. The Cowgirls put together a six run inning to take a one run lead, and the Utes couldn’t answer back, losing 9-8. Hannaw Morrow had three RBIs in the Utes effort.
The Utes travel to Orem Tuesday, host Timpanogos Thursday, then travel to Westlake Friday.
