Uintah Middle School Hosting ‘Rooted In Community’ Event

Uintah Middle School has announced their ‘Rooted In Community’ event coming up next month and the community is invited. The event is about connecting with local organizations, discovering resources and opportunities for your family, and it’s a great chance to hear from Braxten Nielsen who will be speaking about the power of perseverance and community. Braxten knows all about facing challenges straight on after a professional rodeo accident in which he was told he was paralyzed from the waist down. His unbelievable work ethic and determination changed his trajectory and he will share about becoming 1% better each day. The Uintah Middle School ‘Rooted In Community’ event is happening on November 9th at 5:30pm. This event is happening just one week before a public hearing to be held at Uintah Middle School concerning the potential closure of the school next year as proposed by Uintah School District administration.
