Naples City has a culture of community and family friendly events at the Naples City Park and an announcement this week will be a welcome addition to that area. Naples City announced that construction is set to begin this week to turn the vacant lot next to Naples Elementary School, located at 1758 East 1900 South in Naples, into a parking lot. As always, construction means heavy equipment and a closed work zone so all community members are urged to please make safety the top priority. “Slow down, watch for children and construction equipment, and follow posted signs,” shares the announcement. “Remind children to stay out of the construction area and use designated sidewalks and crossings.”
