Time is ticking down to take advantage of Free Dump Week! Spring yard and home clean up is more affordable through Saturday in Uintah and Duchesne County as the dump fee at local landfills is waved through April 28th. All loads must be covered and hazardous waste is not permitted. The Uintah County resolution for spring clean up week emphasizes that the County has an interest in maintaining a clean, orderly appearance, assuring high quality of life and attracting visitors and tourists to the area and that waving fees is meant to incentivize and encourage county residents to clean up residential areas and public lands.
