The Uintah Swim Team had a fantastic weekend in the pool at their region meet. Overall the team had 42 personal best times and set 5 new school records. Girls took 2nd overall and boys took 6th overall. Carson Talbot is the region champion in the 50 freestyle, breaking his own high school record with a time of 22.42. He also won region champion in the 100 freestyle. Troy Young, Jason Valadez, Eric Brown, and Carson Talbot are region champions in the 200 freestyle relay. Well done Utes! Congratulations also to the Union swim team with the boys taking 4th place and the girls taking 6th place in their region meet.
