A motorcycle stolen in Colorado was discovered in Uintah County this month and an arrest was made. According to the Probable Cause Statement, on August 14, 2026, in Uintah County, Eugene Carabajal possessed a 2007 black Harley-Davidson Sportster motorcycle that Eugene knew was stolen. Eugene admitted to taking the motorcycle from Rangely, Colorado and identified it as belonging to an uncle. The motorcycle’s Colorado license plate was confirmed as stolen through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC). 39-year-old Eugene Carabajal was arrested and is charged with 2nd Degree Felony Receive or Transfer of a Stolen Vehicle.
