A former Duchesne County restaurant worker isn’t the only one facing criminal charges relating to a long list of credit card theft. The name of Sammy Holmgren is shown in court documents as linked to the charges against 32-year-old Andrew Shane Encoe who took pictures of credit cards while working at the Sandstone Pizza & Grill in Hanna. According to the Warrantless Arrest Probable Cause Statement for Holmgren, Holmgren was at the same address as Encoe on October 13th during a search of the home that turned up the stolen credit card information as well as social security cards and illegal drugs. Holmgren was arrested and also faces felony charges of possession of a transfer card, possession of a controlled substance, possession of another person’s identifying documents, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
