Wilkerson Released to Halfway House

Citizens in the Basin are expressing their concern over word that a repeat sex offender sentenced to Utah prison in 2014 has been released. 43-year-old Tommy Lance Wilkerson was living in Duchesne County when he was sentenced in 8th District Court in 2014 to serve up to 5 years in prison for violation of a protective order.
