KNEU 1250The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge McKay Lucero issued a ruling on Tuesday in the latest appeal over the death of Ute Tribe member Todd Murray. Todd Murray was a passenger in a high speed chase in 2007 that ended within the Ute reservation.

Many locals considered it a tragedy when Casa Rios Mexican Restaurant in Vernal closed its doors in 2015, a casualty of the failing economy. Tragedy has unfortunately struck again after a fire caused significant damage to the building on 2750 West Highway 40 on Friday night.
