Look To The Sky For Dinah SOAR Days

Uintah County is home to Utah’s biggest hot air balloon festival, and the fun arrives this weekend. The Dinah SOAR Days Hot Air Balloon Festival will feature morning balloon launches, weather permitting, on Friday, August 28th through Sunday, August 30th at the Vernal Middle School fields.
