It was an amazing day yesterday at the Uintah All Wheels Park as the Uintah Community Center received a delivery that will bless the lives of many locals. Sam and Ryan with Extreme Motus Wheelchairs arrived with 6 Extreme Motus All-Terrain Wheelchairs that are now available to be checked out through the Uintah Rec Center. Sam and Ryan are admired across the globe as they have a massive following online with them getting out and enjoying adventures together. Sam lives with Cerebral Palsy but is able to enjoy adrenaline worthy activities thanks to the all-terrain wheelchair. Uintah Special Service District 1 Director Cheryl Meier wrote the grant that was awarded through the Christopher and Dana Reeves Foundation and resulted in Wednesday’s delivery of 6 of the special wheelchairs. Contact the Uintah Community Center (Rec Center) for more information on how to loan one of the chairs for your next great adventure.
