A husband wife duo were arrested earlier this month after a search was executed on the couple’s home and drugs were found inside. According to the probable cause statement, a search warrant was executed on the residence of Sam and Tonya Fabrizio on February 13th “due to the fact that there was two controlled buys from their residence.” During the search, officers found Oxycodone pills and other homemade pills. Officers also found an AR15 style rifle and a LCP Ruger 380 pistol accessible in the same room as the drugs. Sam admitted that he had traveled to Salt Lake City and picked up 70 pills that they had been using. The couple was charged with felony Possession with Intent to Distribute and Possession of a Weapon by a Restricted Person. The couple is scheduled to be in court on March 6th.
