The Vernal City Recovery Coalition’s 7th Annual Law Enforcement Pancake Breakfast is this weekend and it is all for an important cause. “This is a great community event and all are invited to attend,” shares Uintah County Sheriff Steve Labrum. “The event is a great way to interact with law enforcement in a relaxed environment. It is also an opportunity to celebrate with those that are on the road to recovery and with family and friends that are encouraging sobriety. Come show your support for law enforcement, get some breakfast, and make a small contribution in the fight for living a sober life.” The breakfast is taking place April 2nd from 8:30 to 11:00am at the Vernal City Elks Lodge. The cost is $6 a plate with children 6 and under free. The Elks Lodge will also have coloring books and education materials for children and teens.
