BLM Approves Right Of Way And Additional Drill Permits In Uintah County

The Bureau of Land Management Vernal Field Office has approved a right-of-way amendment for applicant Koda Uinta LLC. According to the BLM announcement, this is to expand the company’s Walker Hollow Battery 1 Facility, constructing a Lease Automatic Custody Transfer pad and an associated access road. The project location is on BLM-administered land 21miles southeast of Vernal in Uintah County. The Bureau of Land Management Vernal Field Office also issued a Decision Record for the Raptor 7 Natural Gas Wells, approving Applications for Permit to Drill authorizing Koda GNB LLC to drill up to sixteen gas wells from the approved Raptor 7 Well Pad. The project location is on BIA-administered lands in Uintah County.
