BLM Approves 18 Applications For Permit To Drill

The Bureau of Land Management Vernal Field Office has approved 18 Applications for Permit to Drill. Six applications to drill gas wells from the Center Fork F 17-4 Well Pad were approved for Anschutz Exploration Corporation. The project location is approximately 48 miles south of Vernal in Uintah County. Six more applications for Permit to Drill were approved for WEM Operating LLC for the Horse 5 Well Pad. The project location is on private surface approximately three miles southeast of Duchesne. Three additional applications for Permit to Drill were approved for WEM Operating LLC on the Horse 2 Well Pad also about three miles southeast of Duchesne. Finally, three gas wells were approved for Middle Fork Energy Uintah LLC on the RW 44-21E Well Pad. The project location is on BLM-administered lands approximately sixteen miles south of Vernal.
