The School & Institutional Trust Beneficiaries' Advocacy Office is educating the public on the important role the School Councils have on local education. Their announcement explains that elected parent members partner with school administrators and other school personnel to review student performance data and identify local learning gaps. The parents hold the voting power and decide how their school's annual School LAND Trust plan will address academic needs using School LAND Trust dollars.
