On April 24th in Uintah County, law enforcement executed a search warrant on a residence in Lapoint, leading to arrest. Additionally, a THC vape pen, a small scale, and containers and baggies used to store drugs were located. Based upon the drug paraphernalia located, the amount of methamphetamine seized, and statements made, law enforcement concluded that Gayl was engaged in the distribution of methamphetamine.
