Vernal Theatre Live is revisiting a special Season 1 production in the form of a concert event. Jen Curtis directed the 2017 musical production of ‘Little Women’ and is actively preparing the 2026 ‘Little Women’ cast for the upcoming June production. “Revisiting this story/show has been like visiting an old friend,” shares Curtis. “Neither you nor the friend have remained the same, but the love and kinship still exist. Creating this show with 4 returning cast members and adding 6 new has breathed a different energy and life into this story. It’s created a new kind of experience for each one of us, actors and directors.” The talented cast has embraced the challenge of sharing the March sisters’ story. “There are very real life experiences each one of these actors is bringing to the table to create this story,” continues Curtis. “There is raw; genuineness; heartbreak; humor – and everything in between. It has been a privilege to come back to where it all started for me, as a director – and have the ability to refine story telling through a decade of new experiences.” This concert style production of ‘Little Women’ is happening on June 13th only.
