The National Association of Student Councils and the National Association of Secondary School Principals have recognized two Uintah High students for their distinguished leadership. Uintah Senior Class Vice President Evan Lewis and Student Body Liaison Paisley Bell are the first UHS Student Council members to earn the Distinguished Student Leader Award for demonstrating outstanding leadership skills. Both had to “complete a series of tasks and activities, culminating in the creation of a comprehensive portfolio that showcases evidence of their leadership journey across various domains such as goal setting, team building and civic engagement.” Congratulations to Evan Lewis and Paisley Bell on achieving this distinguished honor.
