A public hearing was held on August 6th at the Ballard City Offices and on August 8th in the Uintah County Commission Chambers. The final two public hearings will be held on August 13th at 7pm at the Tridell Fire Station and on August 17th at 7pm in the Uintah County Commission Chambers.
