Douglas Hatch, a Vernal Veteran, has represented northeast Utah very well at the annual National Veterans Wheelchair Games this month. Evans Family Media has gathered a few more details about this amazing man. Mr. Hatch is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and this was his third year competing at the Wheelchair Games. He participated in multiple events, including Rally, 9-Ball, Slalom, Bowling, Air Rifle, and Air Pistol. While Mr. Hatch was not the oldest Veteran at the games, he was tied with 5 others for third oldest at the age of 84.
