New and gently used coats are available for free today at the Vernal Rotary Winter Coat and Hoodie Drive for those needing some help staying warm this winter. Vernal Rotary Club members are passionate about this cause and say that the need for coats in our community is greatly underestimated. The Vernal Rotary Club recognized this need and has been overseeing an annual coat drive for 18 years. This event was moved to coincide with Election Day when many people are already coming to the Uintah County building or library drive-thru to drop off their ballots. There are coats and other warm gear for all sizes and all ages available today, November 3rd, at the Uintah County Library from 3 to 6pm. All are welcome.
