The Ute girls basketball team hosted the Salem Hills Skyhawks last Friday. The Skyhawks jumped off to a big first quarter lead, then the Utes slowly reeled them in, and a big Ute fourth quarter gave the Utes the 58-50 victory. Kyrsten Bake nailed a three and scored 17 points with McKenzie White scoring 16 in the win.
They host rival Union next Tuesday.
