Utah Foster Care has invited the community to their upcoming community event, Color the Town Purple, designed to raise awareness of the need for more foster families and support for local children in foster care. “This FREE, family-friendly event aims to bring together the local community to advocate for more foster families and brighter futures for children in foster care,” shares the announcement. “Utah Foster Care and DCFS staff, along with current foster families, will speak on the critical need for more foster families in Duchesne and Uintah counties. Attendees will enjoy various fun and engaging activities suitable for all ages, including a Biker Run, bounce houses, and making pinwheels in support of foster care.
