The Uintah County Director of Travel and Tourism was among the award recipients at the 2026 One Utah Summit held last week at SUU in Cedar City. Lesha Coltharp was recognized for her marketing initiatives promoting Dinosaurland tourism as the recipient of the Utah Rural Rockstar Award. There were only 10 total awards given out at this year’s conference. "Utah’s rich culture and strong sense of community are built on the dedication of people who pour their hearts into making our state better every single day," shared SUU’s Donna Law. "The contributions of this year’s award winners uplift our neighborhoods, preserve our vibrant quality of life, and inspire us all." It’s no surprise that Lesha Coltharp is among these state leaders honored for strengthening tourism.
