The Uintah Basin Energy Summit has become a who’s who event in the oil and gas industry and this year’s two day gathering will be no different. “The 2018 Uintah Basin Energy Summit is once again packed with amazing speakers,” shares event organizer and Uintah County Economic Development Director Sylvia Wilkins. “The lunchtime keynote speaker this year is Doug Griffiths with 13 Ways Inc. He is a community builder and a great entertaining motivational speaker that relates to all businesses and community members.” Other speakers will include Representative Rob Bishop, Texas Railroad Commissioner Wayne Christian, and the Governor’s Energy Advisor Dr. Laura Nelson, among others. Panel discussions will also be held on topics such as infrastructure, energy policy, natural gas, and horizontal drilling. “This is an event you won’t want to miss,” emphasizes Wilkins.
