Another thrilling Bull Riders Challenge is in the books providing some intense entertainment at the Western Park over the weekend. The 2023 Bull Riders Challenge Champions are 1st Place Kade Madsen, 2nd Place Brock Udy, and 3rd Place Waylen Daley. The Bull Riders Challenge was originally called the Lane Frost Challenge and was established in 2001 in memory of the late 1987 World Champion Bull Rider Lane Frost who is known the world over for the movie ‘8 Seconds’. Lane grew up on a Lapoint farm where he started riding dairy calves at the age of 5. The Bull Riders Challenge is no longer named after him but the rodeo spirit which Frost was known for was in full force at the event on Friday and Saturday at the Western Park in Vernal.
