Team Uintah Recognizes W.J. Wamsley

Team Uintah is recognizing an individual who devoted a large part of his life to supporting the youth in Uintah School District and continues to do so. W.J. Wamsley taught 20 years at Todd Elementary and West Junior High School but even after retirement, Mr. Wamsley continues to volunteer his time in the schools. At 93-years-old, Mr. Wamsley is still volunteering, currently at Naples Elementary working with 3rd grade students and teaching cursive classes. “Mr. Wamsley loves Uintah School District and loves helping the children of our community,” shares the Team Uintah announcement. “The values of what it means to serve others, are embraced by W.J. Wamsley.” Thank you Mr. Wamsley, for your legacy of supporting the youth in the Uintah School District.
