What does Copenhagen, Denmark, The Dead Sea, Galway, Ireland and Wyoming have in common? In a recent article from CNN Travel all of these are some of the 20 places to visit in 2020. Some of the reasons that Wyoming was listed include Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, and our very own Flaming Gorge. This is exciting as  Sweetwater County Travel and Tourism recently released their annual report which is a reflection of the direct advertising efforts of their board. In fact, they estimate that through their efforts, visitors generated $5.4 million dollars in area spending. What makes this more exciting for those in the northeastern Utah is that their future plans include creating a tour around Flaming Gorge in 2020. The board hopes to help the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area become the most popular and dependable tourism asset in Sweetwater County.
