Strata Networks made a big announcement on Wednesday: CEO and General Manager Bruce H. Todd will be retiring after 41 years of service, including 32 years as CEO, and longtime team member Beau Hancock has been selected as the next Chief Executive Officer, effective November 19, 2026. In Wednesday’s announcement, Manager Todd reflected on the people behind Strata’s success and expressed confidence in the company’s future. “It has been a privilege to serve Strata and our communities,” said Todd. “Our successes are due to our dedicated leadership team, executive secretaries, and the teamwork, skills, and vision of employees across all departments.” He also expressed thanks for the Board and Executive Committee as well as his wife and family for many years of support. Beau Hancock first joined Strata in 2000 as an Account Executive and later returned as the company’s attorney in 2013. He joined Strata’s executive team in 2021 and over the course of his career has held responsibilities spanning legal and regulatory affairs, business development, and more. His commitment to the community extends beyond Strata through his current and past service on the Roosevelt City Council. His experience with the company, the telecommunications industry, and local public service has positioned him well to serve as Strata’s next CEO. “I am honored by the opportunity to lead Strata and grateful for the foundation Bruce has established,” shared Hancock in the company’s announcement. “Our strength comes from the talented leaders and dedicated employees who serve our customers and communities every day. Together, we will work to build on the legacy Bruce has built and carry it forward into the future.” For the complete announcement, visit stratanetworks.com/strata-networks-announces-beau-hancock-as-next-ceo.
