The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office is investigating reports of a stolen vehicle in the Bluebell area. According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched early Sunday morning “to reports of a 2006 Beige Ford F350 pickup truck being stolen.” The owner of the vehicle tried to chase after his truck as it was being stolen but lost sight and called dispatch. At approximately 7:30am, a call came in of an accident in the Sandwash Reservoir in which the thief had either rolled or driven the F350 truck into the reservoir. “Our office is asking residents to be vigilant around their neighborhoods,” shares the Sheriff’s Office. “Keep an eye out for any suspicious activity and report it as soon as possible. With the increasing amount of thefts and burglary complaints coming in, make sure all your doors are locked and never leave your keys in your vehicles.” Anyone with information on Sunday’s theft are asked to call the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office at
