Additional help has been sought in the search for a Rangely man who has been missing since September. According to the Rio Blanco County Sheriff’s Office, 66-year-old Peter Christian Ruffner has not been seen since Friday, September 29th. Ruffner is a white male, 6 foot 2 inches tall, and 220 pounds. The Sheriff’s Office has requested the help of the Colorado Bureau of Investigations as the search for Ruffner continues. Between both agencies, numerous interviews have been conducted and leads followed up, including leads in Utah.
