Roosevelt State Street Project Starting Up Monday

Roosevelt City has issued notice that road work will begin on State Street from 200 North to 300 South starting Monday, October 19th. Crews will be making infrastructure improvements, including installation of a new water line, new water service connections, installation of fire hydrants, and roadway patching over waterline trenches, shares the Roosevelt City announcement. Construction will start on the north end near 200 North and will progress south along State Street. Crews will begin prep work this Friday, October 16th. Please keep vehicles off the roadway throughout the construction period. Trash cans may still be placed along the roadway on collection days. Phase 1 is expected to wrap up by November 15th.
