A Roosevelt Police Department K-9 team competed well at the Bradley Taylor Memorial K-9 Trials in Sandy, Utah, last week. Corporal Jared Harrison and K-9 Indie competed against 80 K-9 teams and took 2nd Place in Dog Obedience, 3rd Place in Narcotics “Top Dog”, and 3rd Place for Narcotics Open Area Search. “These awards are especially impressive given Corporal Harrison’s many responsibilities with Roosevelt Police Department. Along with serving as a K-9 handler and patrol officer, Corporal Harrison also works with the Drug Task Force." Congratulations to Corporal Harrison and Indie!
