Patience is appreciated as road work continues in Roosevelt City. Dominion Energy crews began mill and overlay work on Highway 40 this week. This will impact the right/eastbound lane of Highway 40 from 4500 South to Lagoon Street. All travelers are asked to please allow for extra travel time through Roosevelt during the next two weeks. Another road project is happening on Lagoon Street. Dominion Energy will be completing the chip seal on Lagoon Street between 600 East and 1500 East at the end of this week. That section of Lagoon Street will be closed on September 25th and 26th. The street will also be closed to residents between 7am and noon on those days. Those in that area are asked to park near your home and walk to and from your vehicle during that time.
