A repeat DUI offender was arrested for the offense once again over the weekend, this time in Naples City. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers responded to a call of a possible DUI on November 22nd and located 27-year-old Romane Besslene Cesspooch and her vehicle matching the call’s description. Cesspooch told officers she was on her way to Fort Duchesne but was struggling to speak clearly. When asked if she had been drinking she said she had been. After failing field sobriety testing, Cesspooch was placed under arrest. An inventory of the vehicle found an open container of liquor in the front cup holder and multiple containers, some full and some empty, of liquor on the floorboard. Marijuana was also located. It was confirmed that Cesspooch was an alcohol restricted driver that had been convicted of DUI in 2017 and 2021. For Friday’s arrest she is charged with 3rd Degree Felony DUI, as well as other Misdemeanor charges.
