Repeat DUI Offender Arrested In Duchesne County

A man is facing charges again for DUI after being arrested in Duchesne County on May 22nd. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, Terrance Anthony Roufs was the sole occupant in a white Ford SUV. He was asked to exit the vehicle but had difficulty maintaining balance, including during field sobriety testing. Roufs was placed under arrest for DUI. During an inventory of the vehicle, an open container of vodka was located as well as a marijuana pipe along with several plastic containers containing marijuana. A records search indicated that Roufs is an alcohol restricted driver and had previously been convicted for felony DUI. 48-year-old Terrance Anthony Roufs is charged with 3rd Degree Felony DUI and other drug and alcohol related Misdemeanors.
