KNEU 1250The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office is providing a new way to increase safety in the community. The Sheriff’s Office shared on Thursday that they have established a new Safe Exchange Zone in the front parking lot of the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office.

An Amber Alert issued out of Duchesne County on Wednesday was cancelled a short time later when the missing child was found safe.
So far two men have been arrested and charged in a string of oilfield thefts that have taken place in Duchesne County.
