Myton City Traffic Stop Ends In Arrest For Drugs

A Myton City traffic stop ended in arrest last week. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, the officer observed that the driver had clammy skin and appeared nervous. He was identified as Bill Young and it was confirmed that he was currently on parole. Inside the vehicle, a clear glass pipe with burnt white substance as well as a clear ziplock baggy with a substance consistent with methamphetamine was found in some blankets. It was noted that Bill has several prior felony drug convictions, including convictions within the last 7 years. His current drug offense is a third degree felony. 55-year-old Bill Joseph Young was arrested and is charged with Felony Possession.
