The case of three missing Vernal men continues to be an absolute mystery. According to Vernal City Assistant Police Chief Keith Campbell, there is unfortunately no update on the case. There has been “a lot of investigating and still nothing,” shares Campbell. 29-year-old Jacob Douglas Tilt, 33-year-old Robert Alan Spoon, and 33-year-old Jason Ralph Tilt were reported missing on Friday, May 26th after having last been seen Monday evening, May 22nd. “The three men were last seen in a black 2004 Chevrolet Silverado truck with a temporary tag. Family members are concerned that all three have cellular phones which have either run out of battery life or been turned off.” Assistant Chief Campbell shares that the investigation is continuing at full strength with no scaling back considered at this point.
