Local School Bus Drivers Spread Easter Cheer

The Easter Bunny has been as excited as anyone about getting back to normal and putting smiles on kids faces but that doesn’t mean he can’t use some extra help. Locally, a special group of people stepped up to do just that. Uintah School District announced on Wednesday that the District’s bus drivers donated 148 Easter baskets filled with candy and toys to the Utah Division of Child and Family Services. These baskets are to be distributed by DCFS social workers to the less fortunate kids in our community. Jenny Marshall from Central Cove Preschool also donated baskets and candy, and allowed the District’s Transportation Department to use her adorable bunny suit. Thanks to all who contributed to this awesome show of generosity and love for local youth.
