Students from Uintah Middle School and Vernal Middle School did well at the 2025 Ritchey Science and Engineering Fair held recently at Weber State University. The following students received recognition for their science and engineering projects: David Pierce with 2nd place; Sullivan Olson, Austin Taylor, and Shayanne Ulwelling with 3rd place; Ellie Anderson, Sophie Batty, Orrin Gardiner, Megan Glazier, Cristin Halverson, Abbilyn Hill, Tyler Huber, Paisley Johnson, Madeline Keith, Melody Liebhardt, Cole Murphy, Josh Ottosen, Sam Pierce, Paizlee Seamons, Quinlee Seamons, Omner Sheffer, Morris Stewart, and Ember Zufelt with an ‘Excellent’ rating; Claire Davies, Treyson Farrer, Fiona Faucher, and Nadia Wong with an ‘Honorable Mention’; and Paizlee Seamons earned the Spirit Award.
