It’s more than just enjoying a tour of Chambers of Commerce throughout the region; the annual Dina-Mites Goodwill Trip made a positive impact as the group spread positive information about the Uintah Basin. This year the Vernal Chamber Dinah-Mite members visited Chambers of Commerce in Flaming Gorge, Rock Springs, Green River, Kemmerer, Logan, Garden City and Evanston. The trip always includes good food and fun activities with this year a step above as the group toured the Gossner Cheese Factory, Bluebird Candy Company, Aggie Ice Cream Headquarters at the USU Nutritional Center, Pickleville Theatre, and the salmon run at Sheep Creek. According to Dinah-Mite member Joe McKea, the trip was very successful; good contacts were made and information shared with each Chamber.
