Fruitland Shed Fire Human Caused; Firefighter Treated for Smoke Inhalation

Smoky conditions can be expected in the Uintah Basin due to wildfires throughout the state. The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office reports that the Fruitland Shed Fire was human-caused though details of how it began continue to be investigated. Fire and State Lands spokesman Mike Eriksson says that one firefighter was treated on Wednesday for smoke inhalation and is expected to make a full recovery.
